Our Services

As Certified Professional Home Inspectors, we strictly abide by InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice. During the non-invasive inspection, all areas of the home are examined for any signs of damage and defect as long as they can be safely accessed. Please see below for a list of our services.

See your home in a different light!

Every home inspection includes a full Infrared Thermal Imaging Scan which helps to detect heat loss, moisture intrusion and much more.

Thermal imaging is an extraordinary tool which greatly helps reveal potential problems in a building or its components. Though this technology is not x-ray vision, it can aid in the detection of wet areas, wall studs and other components typically hidden from eye view.

Infrared Thermal Imaging does not emit harmful rays of any sort.

Moisture meters are used to help detect the presence of moisture in a home. We use moisture meters in addition to thermal imaging to provide you with the most information possible.

As Certified Professional Home Inspectors, we are trained to look for changes in drywall, condensation, misfit downpipes, eavestrough and much more.

Even when we may not suspect moisture intrusion, we continue to take various readings with the meter to ensure there is nothing going on behind the walls, floors or ceiling.
